Core Collaboratives has engaged Invictus Real Estate Advisors to act as their Chief Financial Strategist for the development and financing of The BLACK BLOCK to create an inclusive community that encourages entrepreneurship and offers affordable housing. Currently THE BLACK BLOCK buildings have over 100 Black owned businesses and the properties provide a range of services, such as affordable office spaces for start-ups, small business incubators, event spaces, theaters, mentoring programs, and housing.
