Pamela Rosario Pérez

Senior Consultant

Pamela holds a B.A. in Social & Cognitive Neuroscience from Harvard College and completed the Young American Leaders Program in Social Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School. Pamela is an award-winning business leader in the areas of real estate and inclusive innovation. Born in the Dominican Republic to an afro-indigenous family, her passion for diversity, equity and belonging has led her to create multiple cross-sectoral collaborations to bridge the gap between high-growth industries and historically marginalized communities in Greater Boston.

This commitment has led her to launch:

- Rocena Investor Scholars in 2016, a scholarship offered to low-income high school students of immigrant background interested in real estate careers;
- Advoqt's CyberWarrior Academy in 2017, Massachusetts' first certified cybersecurity and machine learning apprenticeship for women, veterans, and people of color;
- Harvard Business School - YALP "Black Joy" in 2021, a cross-sectoral collaboration between Law, Tech, Real Estate and Healthcare to promote Black wellness post-pandemic; and
- Yaou Yaou Wellness in 2022, an Afro-Indigenous wellness practice that supports the mental health and recovery needs of BIPOC business leaders.

Pamela is a philanthropist, a 4th generation medicine woman and a real estate entrepreneur. Her mission to foster financial wellness and generational wealth in the BIPOC community inspired her to found Rocena Real Estate Strategies LLC in 2017. Rocena is a multi-service firm committed to teaching Black, Latinx, and immigrant youth how to build wealth through real estate and drive change in their communities. She was initiated into indigenous plant medicine at age 7 and was able to heal from colon cancer on a strict plant medicine protocol. Today, she continues to promote diversity in real estate and Afro-Indigenous wellness practices as the CEO of Yaou Yaou Wellness and Rocena Real Estate Strategies.

Her accolades include, but are not limited to:
